A few good questions.

What can I use Maya for?

Ask questions about available business records, prepare briefs and drafts, create supported reports and visual results, and save repeatable supported work as reviewed Skills. Explore the six team pages to find a starting workflow.

Do I need to connect every tool?

No. Start with the source needed for one useful workflow. Connect a supported tool or supply a supported file or export. Available work depends on your permissions and Maya’s enabled capabilities.

Can Maya keep working on a schedule?

A reviewed and activated Skill can run supported work on a schedule. Check its instructions, connections and approval requirements before activating it.

Does Maya act without asking?

Required approvals are enforced by Maya’s controls. Preparing a draft does not send it. Eligible actions must satisfy the applicable approval policy before execution.
